Owlead has been in the Twitter growth business since 2016, and the platform has enhanced to be a safe place for your Twitter account.
Owlead respects Twitter limits and takes further measures to prevent suspension or ban on your account.
Unfortunately, we don't have all the answers regarding why Twitter can limit an account.
Twitter occasionally suspends (temporary/definitive) and/or bans accounts for different (or no) reasons.
We've learned that accounts that follow these suggestions are less prone to be limited:
- Have a valid email and phone number associated with their account.
- Have 2FA activated for your account.
- Avoid logging out from your account on your devices.
If your account is currently under temporary suspension.
In that case, we suggest you pause your campaigns (if the platform detects the ban, it will automatically suspend your activity) and wait 24-72 hours, and your account will be re-established.
If this happens while running our Owlead Blue subscription, we suggest you downgrade to our Unlimited subscription and try upgrading in 1-2 months.
If your account is terminally suspended, we suggest you appeal the suspension from the following link.
