Our platform is a follow and unfollow automation.
It will unfollow the accounts previously followed by it based on the unfollow settings configured at your campaign level.
But you might be wondering: what about unfollowing accounts non-followed by Owlead?
If you want to clean the following of your account beyond the accounts followed by Owlead, our Unfollow Power-up is the solution you are looking for.
The Power-Up can be purchased by our Owlead customers or by anyone looking to clean a Twitter account without having an active Owlead subscription.
By default, you have ten free unfollow actions to play around with the power-up.
After that, you'll have to get the Unfollow Power-up subscription to keep cleaning your account.
How does it work?
Activate Unfollow Powerup
To unlock the unfollow powerup for your account, please do the following:
- Open Owlead Dashboard
- Go to your Twitter Account
- Click on the button on the right top of your screen, 'Unfollow Power-up'
Ta-da!
Filter Criteria
First, you'll have to indicate which accounts you want the platform to unfollow on your behalf.
These are the available filters to narrow the accounts:
- Relationship: Following you/Not following you
- Account Verified: Verified/Not Verified
- Profile pic: default / not default
- Last Tweet: More than / Less than x days ago
- Followers count: More than / Less than x followers
- Following count: More than / Less than x following
All the filters work as AND.
That means that if you add more than one filter criterion, the accounts included within your filter criteria will be the ones that meet both filter criteria at the same time.
What does it mean to Queue Unfollows?
The platform respects Twitter's limits.
That's why unfollows aren't executed in real time.
Instead, they are saved in a queue to be executed.
Usually, the platform can unfollow a maximum of 100 accounts for non-verified accounts and 500 for verified accounts.
Bear in mind that if you are using Owlead to gain Twitter followers, the Unfollow Power-up will work with the actions left after Owlead finishes the daily actions executions.
What does it do the button Queue filtered accounts?
Due to Twitter limits, the platform can't read all your following in real-time.
So, when you hit the button 'Queue filtered accounts', it will put all visible accounts within the current filter criteria in the queue to be unfollowed.
How do I automate the queue process?
If you want the platform to keep searching within your entire following base and queueing accounts to be unfollowed, you can activate the 'Automatic Queue'.
Once you hit the Automatic Queue button, a popup will emerge for you to confirm the current filter criteria.
The platform will scan your following base, searching for accounts under your filter criteria, and put them in the queue to be unfollowed:
How do I remove the accounts from the queue?
If you want to remove all the current accounts on the queue to configure new filter criteria, just hit 'Cancel all queue' right under the 'Accounts on Queue' and start over.
